We’ve engaged with Love Me, Love You, and share their strategies for mental health. We know that community and environment are important to you, and organise events to bring our tribe of like-minded people together to raise funds and improve our environment.

Our resident nutritionist

Mia is a Nutritionist and Qualified Health & Wellness Coach. She is passionate about helping people live their best lives through balanced eating, exercise and developing healthier behaviours. Her approach is tailoring a plan for each individuals specific needs because she believes in individuality and that there is no one size fits all approach. She aims to empower each and every one of her clients to explore their potential and she will work alongside you to achieve your goals. She holds a special interest in helping individuals increase their confidence surrounding food by helping them rid themselves of food restriction and guilt while also helping them make sustainable body composition changes.


SOPHIE
Our consultant personal trainer

Hi guys, I’m Sophie and I’m the Weekly Supps PT. I’ll be writing the exercise recommendations and workout card to help you smash your fitness goals. Fitness has been a passion of mine since I was playing state representative basketball at the age of 12 and working out in my Dads office learning self-defense and confidence. Since then I’ve found a passion for self-improvement and helping others and I’m here to make sure that happens for you.

Love Me Love You is a not for profit organisation that runs programs in schools, workplaces, sporting clubs and community groups that challenge the views and stigmas surrounding mental health.


PUBLIC BEACH CLEAN DAYS

Weekly Supps is based in Melbourne, and we feel so lucky to live close to its beautiful beaches. Australia has a strong beach culture and understands the way that sea and sand contribute to physical and mental health. We love our amazing ‘back yard’ and see it as our responsibility to keep our beaches beautiful. We run monthly ‘Weekly Supps beach cleans’. Join the crew to clean the beach, take care of our local wildlife and keep Australian beaches beautiful.

Fundraisers

We know that you care about helping others. And what better way to add a new dimension to your fitness regime than taking part in a charity walk. We participate in multiple charity walks each year, raising funds to create awareness around mental health and to provide programs to support individuals in need of help.
